Canadian small business

Your work is good.Your website is not.

Wealthfare fixes the handful of things standing between a business that does excellent work and the customers trying to find it. Usually a site, a Google listing, and somewhere for enquiries to land.

Send the address of your site. The reply names what to fix first, whether you hire anyone or not.

Ordered by what pays back first.

Nobody is going to tell you your site is losing you work.

The customers who bounced will not email to say why. They looked, decided, and called someone else. From the inside it reads as a quiet month rather than a fixable problem, which is why it stays unfixed for years.

It is rarely a rebuild. It is a listing nobody claimed, a form going to an inbox nobody reads, and no way to book. Small, cheap, and nobody owns them.

What we fix

Five things, cheapest first.

We start at the top of this list, because the first two items usually pay for the rest.

  1. Your Google listing

Claimed, filled in, categorized properly, with real photos and current hours. This is what decides whether you appear in the map results, and it is usually the fastest thing to fix.

  2. A site that works on a phone

Fast, legible, and honest about what you do. Most of your visitors are standing outside on mobile data deciding whether to call you.

  3. Reviews arriving on their own

A short, automatic ask after the job is done, sent by text or email. Good businesses stay invisible because nobody ever asks.

  4. Enquiries that get answered

Missed calls texted back, forms landing where you actually read them, and quotes that follow themselves up instead of going quiet.

  5. Booking and paying online

For anything with a calendar or a deposit: let people book without a phone call, and stop chasing money you have already earned.

How an engagement runs

Who does the work

One person, start to finish.

Wealthfare is Steffen Hoyemsvoll. The person on the first call is the person who builds it, so nothing is lost in a handover and there is no account manager between you and the work.

He has founded and sold a business, run operations and technology inside a professional practice, and spent years building the systems small companies actually run on. That background is why the advice tends to start with what is cheapest rather than what is largest.
